Measure the item that must fit inside and distinguish internal space from the outside package dimensions. Share its weight, how it will be packed and a reference for the box, sleeve or wrap. State any special contact or handling requirements so material suitability can be checked.
Do I need a finished cutting template?
Send one if you already have it. Otherwise explain the intended structure and dimensions so the team can discuss the next artwork step. Construction, material and finishing are confirmed for each quotation.
